Responsibilities

Partner with Internal Audit to translate identified control gaps into actionable technical requirements, collaborating with infrastructure and program teams to define effective remediation strategies
Lead stakeholders across TRM, Engineering, and Product to develop and execute risk-reduction plans, ensuring alignment on critical timelines and deliverables
Own the complete remediation program life-cycle, managing tracking, reporting, and escalations across the full portfolio to ensure rigorous oversight and delivery against critical timelines
Orchestrate multiple concurrent workstreams, effectively prioritizing resources to balance competing demands and complex infrastructure dependencies
Synthesize complex program data into clear, narrative-driven updates for executive leadership, frequently presenting status, exception requests, and critical escalations to drive high stakes decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience presenting to executive audiences to represent projects from technical perspectives
Experience with risk management

Experience with risk remediation
