Lead weekly performance + hold PM teams accountable
Own KPIs: occupancy, leasing, renewals, delinquency, expenses, NOI
Oversee value-add renovations & CapEx
Diagnose financials + drive results
Conduct site visits, audits, and problem-solve in real time
Partner directly with ownership
Qualification
Required
Bold operator ready to take full control of asset performance
Experience in asset management with operational backgrounds
Ability to lead performance and hold PM teams accountable
Ownership of KPIs: occupancy, leasing, renewals, delinquency, expenses, NOI
Experience overseeing value-add renovations & CapEx
Ability to diagnose financials and drive results
Experience conducting site visits, audits, and problem-solving in real time
Strong communication skills with an owner mindset
Experience as Regional PMs or Senior PMs ready for the next step
Assertive, decisive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
