Responsibilities
Manage a caseload in creditors rights / landlord-tenant / civil litigation matters
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and related filings
Appear in court as needed for hearings in the Charlotte area
Develop case strategy, negotiate resolutions, and advise clients on options and risk
Partner closely with the team to deliver efficient, high-quality client service
Qualification
Required
Active license to practice law in North Carolina (JD required)
Litigation experience with strong legal writing and research skills
Comfort with oral advocacy and court appearances
Self-directed, professional, and effective working remotely
Preferred
Background in creditors rights, landlord-tenant, collections, foreclosures, or civil litigation (strong plus)
