Responsibilities
Executing communications strategies that build awareness and trust with the global MSP community
Partner with PR agencies to secure earned media placements in MSP, IT channel, and tech industry outlets
Draft compelling press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content
Manage and expand relationships with industry influencers and media
Support a steady drumbeat of news, product updates, customer success stories, and executive commentary for the MSP audience
Support company spokespeople with messaging, media prep, written communication, and more
Support the larger Corporate Communications team on cross-functional initiatives, including reporting
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B tech environment and/or B2B tech Public Relations agency
An understanding of and appreciation for the MSP community and the unique challenges this market faces
Experience working with channel and MSP press
Outstanding writer and speaker who can simplify complex technology into relatable, concise messaging
Self-motivated learner with a commitment to high standards and rapid skill development
Proven ability to drive initiatives through cross-functional teamwork
Preferred
