Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day NOC operations, ensuring 24x7x365 coverage
Direct monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure
Supervise NOC technicians and ensure SOP compliance
Coordinate scheduled maintenance, patching, and system upgrades
Interface with CBP government leads for operational updates and escalations

Required

Bachelor's in technical or engineering field
10+ years in enterprise network administration

CCNP/CCIE or ITIL v3 certification
DHS or Federal NOC experience
