Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle production of sales enablement and agent education materials, from intake and scoping through final delivery

Manage high-volume print and digital marketing assets including flyers, brochures, presentations, and toolkits

Own timelines, workflows, and delivery across large-scale selling season programs, including AEP and other election periods

Partner closely with internal creative teams, legal and compliance groups, and business stakeholders to move work forward efficiently

Lead and support a marketing production team, balancing workloads, priorities, and deadlines

Ensure all materials move smoothly through review, compliance approval, uploads, and translation processes

Apply agile concepts such as sprint planning and backlog management to improve production velocity and visibility

Required

Extensive experience leading marketing production for sales enablement or B2B2C marketing programs

A strong understanding of regulated review processes, especially legal and compliance workflows

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, tight deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders

Experience producing customizable templates and materials for sales organizations

Comfort working hands-on when needed while also leading teams

Familiarity with marketing project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo, or similar platforms

Preferred

Healthcare, insurance, or compliance-heavy industry experience is a strong plus
