Sr. Legal Recruiter
SECCA Search Group is a national executive search firm looking to hire a legal recruiting practice lead. This fully remote role is ideal for a seasoned legal recruiter who will manage the full search lifecycle while building long-term relationships with law firms and legal professionals.
Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage searches from client intake through offer acceptance and placement
Client Development: Build and expand relationships with law firms and in-house legal departments
Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and place attorneys across multiple practice areas and seniority levels
Search Execution: Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations, interviews, and market assessments
Deal Management: Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer processes to close searches efficiently
Pipeline Growth: Maintain a consistent book of active searches and repeat clients
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated $500,000+ in cumulative billings over multiple years
5+ years of legal recruiting or attorney placement experience
Strong understanding of law firm and/or in-house legal hiring markets
Exceptional relationship-building, candidate assessment, and negotiation abilities
Self-directed, organized, and results-driven in a remote environment
