Responsibilities
Obtain Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 Exams
Acquire, build and manage client relationships
Consider a client’s complex financial picture and guide them with advice and solutions
Help deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care
Progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, after demonstrating success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I
Use a defined consultative approach with clients to identify client needs and appropriate solutions
Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners
Qualification
Required
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Preferred
Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
