High Trail is partnering with a client to find a Revenue Operations Lead (Contractor) to help build and run the operating system behind Sales, CS, and Marketing as they scale. The role involves owning and administering HubSpot, managing the GTM tech stack, and supporting cross-functional RevOps requests.

Responsibilities
Own and administer HubSpot (workflows, automation, reporting, data model)
Manage and integrate the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Chili Piper, Clay, Zapier, sales engagement tools)
Build scalable lifecycle stages, routing rules, SLAs, and territory models
Create dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, velocity, and rep productivity
Maintain CRM data quality and attribution accuracy
Document processes and train reps on new systems
Support cross-functional RevOps requests and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops at a high-growth SaaS company
HubSpot admin-level expertise
Experience with routing, stage governance, and territory design
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Operator mindset: scrappy, systems-oriented, and execution-focused
Comfortable working hybrid twice weekly in NYC
