Responsibilities

Translate business processes into systematic flows and maps
Understand the business issues and data challenges of a client's organization and industry
Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements
Lead testing efforts
Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules through project management
Assist in the facilitation of team and client meetings
Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
Exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions

Required

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively
Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer

Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap's physical office locations
Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
Detail-oriented individual with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective planning and organizational skills
Ability to work on multiple projects and handle competing priorities while meeting project deadlines
Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms
