Partner Account Manager
Seeley Family Law is seeking a Partner Account Manager responsible for developing and executing outreach and marketing strategies aligned with public utility goals. The role involves increasing program awareness, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving customer satisfaction and engagement.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Develop and execute outreach and marketing strategies to meet client KPIs and program goals
Coordinate promotions, events, and community outreach to increase program participation
Track and analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on messaging, materials, and customer satisfaction initiatives
Build and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders and clients
Prospect and qualify program participants; conduct site eligibility audits
Manage lead tracking, weekly reporting, and client communications
Support management and cross-functional teams to meet company benchmarks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in outreach, marketing, and program promotion
Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills with ability to meet deadlines
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in cross-functional teams
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel as needed
Preferred
5+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, communications, or related field
Supervisory or team leadership experience
Knowledge of the weatherization and energy efficiency industry
