Process and ship motor vehicle inventory items to the contract license offices and customers

Process various system transactions related to inventory accountability and reconciliation

Monitor the motor vehicle inventory e-mail inbox and respond to inquiries timely and appropriately

Respond to contract license office inquiries by phone and e-mail utilizing the necessary files and systems

Process cigarette decal orders by pulling, validating, and preparing items for shipment

Prepare inventory reconciliation reports for management

File and pull paper tax documents for retention
