Responsibilities
Lead design, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Serve as the primary system administrator for collaborative platforms, managing configuration, integrations, and performance
Drive enterprise migrations for O365 and Exchange Online, ensuring secure and efficient transitions
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and reporting
Collaborate with product, IT, and business stakeholders in an agile workflow to deliver innovative solutions
Mentor junior technical staff and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Create and maintain documentation for systems, policies, and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and engineering
Expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory
Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and deployment
Experience with Intune, Azure Information Protection, and Enterprise Mobility & Security solutions
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
Experience with AWS, GIT, SQL, Java, Angular, or Salesforce
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
