Responsibilities
Input, organize, and maintain influencer performance data across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
Ensure reporting trackers, spreadsheets, and dashboards are accurate and consistently updated
Maintain data hygiene across tools like Tubular, CreatorIQ, and internal trackers
Identify missing data, inconsistencies, or reporting gaps and escalate appropriately
Support the Data Analyst by preparing raw data, pulling platform metrics, and flagging discrepancies
Assist in the assembly of internal and client-facing performance reports
Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements
Coordinate with strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure reporting inputs are complete
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, analytics, operations, or a related field (internships included)
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and data entry
Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic performance metrics (views, engagement, reach, CTR)
Willingness to learn analytics and influencer measurement tools (e.g., Tubular, CreatorIQ)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear communication skills and comfort asking questions
Interest in influencer marketing, social content, and digital performance
Preferred
Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable
