They are seeking a high-performing Transaction Advisory Senior to execute financial due diligence engagements and manage client interactions while mentoring Associates.

Responsibilities
Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients
Perform quality of earnings, working capital, EBITDA normalization, cash flow, and net debt analyses
Build and review detailed Excel models and transaction analyses
Prepare draft diligence reports and executive-level presentations
Identify key deal risks, trends, and value drivers and escalate findings to Managers and clients
Interact directly with clients, investment bankers, and internal deal teams
Support Managers with engagement planning, timelines, and deliverables
Mentor Associates and contribute to team development
Manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA required or strongly preferred
2–4+ years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or audit with deal exposure
Current or recent experience at a Top-20 public accounting firm
Hands-on experience supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions
Strong understanding of GAAP and transaction-related accounting issues
Advanced Excel skills; financial modeling experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Dedicated TAS/FDD background (not audit-only)
Experience supporting private equity-backed companies and add-on acquisitions
Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, or business services clients
Prior experience working in a growth-oriented or expanding practice
