Responsibilities
Training and improving client programs in safety, risk management, accident prevention, OSHA compliance, emergency preparedness
Providing extensive support to make a material difference for our clients
Presenting and motivating front-line employees as well as executives on our Behavioral Based Safety systems
Qualification
Required
Maturity and professionalism
Independence and reliability
High energy and enthusiasm to motivate others
Strong written and verbal (including public speaking) communication skills are necessary
Knowledge and experience in training and handling OSHA compliance
Strong, collaborative, energetic individual with a deep personal commitment to the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
Capability to become a trusted advisor and partner with the customer
Preferred
DOT knowledge and experience desired
