Responsibilities

Manage high‑volume case documents and litigation files with top‑tier organization
Draft, format, and proof correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials
Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and court dates; assist with trial preparation
Communicate with attorneys, staff, and vendors with professionalism and urgency
Support the broader litigation team; provide overflow help and receptionist backup as needed

Required

Legal assistant or litigation support experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel; Office 2010 or later), PDF software, and familiarity with document management tools (DM), Workshare, and Juris Suite
Exceptional attention to detail, accurate typing and proofreading, and the ability to juggle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Clear, professional communication and a collaborative mindset
