Responsibilities
Lead and maintain schoolwide culture systems, including behavior, attendance, and restorative practices
Supervise, coach, and support a small team of behavior interventionists (as applicable)
Partner with teachers and school leaders to ensure consistent implementation of expectations and responses
Build strong relationships with students and families to proactively address behavior and engagement needs
Analyze culture data (attendance, behavior trends, interventions) to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
At least three years of successful experience working with diverse student populations
Ability to lead or support a small team (e.g., behavior interventionists) while remaining hands-on with students
Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with the flexibility to do what it takes to support the work
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with students, families, colleagues, and community partners
