Travel Retail Account Executive

Bremont Watch Company is seeking a Travel Retail Account Executive to support the expansion and operational execution of their Travel Retail business across North America. The role involves managing training, merchandising, brand activations, and partner communications to achieve commercial objectives and ensure brand standards are met.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the scheduling of training sessions, confirming availability with retail partners, onboard teams, and internal stakeholders
Support the rollout of training materials and training sessions for retail staff, onboard media teams, and store partners, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Assist in monitoring brand knowledge, service standards, sell-out performance, and warranty registrations, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
Maintain clear records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes
Coordinate the distribution and implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and POS materials across stores, ships, and events
Ensure brand display standards are executed accurately and consistently in line with Bremont guidelines
Proactively identify and flag execution issues, missing materials, or discrepancies, and follow through until resolved
Assist in identifying best sellers and region-specific product needs to support commercial decisions
Support the planning, logistics, and execution of brand activations, pop-ups, and trunk shows
Coordinate with contractors and freelance brand ambassadors on scheduling, briefing, and onsite requirements
Ensure post-event actions, reporting, and expense submissions are completed accurately and within agreed timelines
Maintain clear documentation and summaries following each activation
Serve as a reliable point of contact for daily communications with Travel Retail partners (e.g., OBM, PPI, cruise retailers)
Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with partners and internal teams
Escalate issues when needed and ensure requests and action items are followed through to completion
Support incentive programs and partner marketing initiatives with consistent coordination and execution
Contribute research and analysis to identify new Travel Retail and Portside opportunities
Support the Director of Travel Retail with sales coordination, product allocations, and regional initiatives
Assist with U.S. wholesale training efforts and cross-channel projects as required
Take ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish, providing updates without being prompted

Required

Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within Travel Retail, Cruise Retail, Wholesale, or luxury consumer goods
Experience managing existing accounts while also supporting new account development and expansion opportunities
Experience working with multiple partner types (retailers, distributors, cruise operators, vendors)
Experience coordinating training, merchandising, activations, and commercial initiatives across accounts
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external stakeholders
Ability to manage and grow existing accounts through strong relationship management and consistent follow-through
Experience supporting new account development, prospecting, and onboarding activities
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities, flag risks, and support revenue growth
Comfortable supporting sales initiatives, product allocations, incentives, and promotional programs
Ability to track activity, performance, and outcomes to support commercial decision-making
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow instructions accurately while operating independently when required
Comfortable balancing field-based sales activity with administrative, coordination, and reporting responsibilities
Proficiency in standard business tools (Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
