Tenure Track Faculty in Project Management/Supply Chain Management
The Pennsylvania State University is seeking qualified applicants for a tenure-track faculty position in Project and Supply Chain Management starting August 2026. The selected candidate will be responsible for high-quality teaching and research, with a focus on undergraduate and graduate courses in related fields, and will contribute to the School’s scholarship and research agenda.

High-quality teaching and research will be expected of the selected candidate, along with a program of scholarship consistent with the School’s tenure, workload, and AACSB standards
Teaching responsibilities will include a mix of undergraduate and graduate courses delivered in both residential and online formats
Potential assignments include introductory business statistics, as well as introductory and advanced courses in supply chain management, data analytics, and project management
We also seek candidates to expand our robust research agenda in supply chain management and project management that further contribute to advancing knowledge and address contemporary challenges facing business and society
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to pursue interdisciplinary collaborations and industry partnerships
Qualification
Required
A Ph.D. or DBA in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field is required by the appointment start date
High-quality teaching and research will be expected of the selected candidate
