Infinite Computing Systems is seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to provide hands-on technical leadership within a team of systems analysts and administrators. This role focuses on supporting end users, maintaining core IT systems, and resolving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

Act as the escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network issues
Lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts across the IT team
Coordinate with third-party vendors for advanced technical support
Support and maintain core IT systems, including:
Office 365 / Microsoft 365
Active Directory & Exchange Server
Microsoft Teams (softphones)
VPN, RDP, and Windows operating systems
Research, recommend, and implement technical solutions to improve efficiency
Create and maintain technical documentation

Required

10+ years of IT experience
5+ years in a Microsoft enterprise environment
Strong expertise in: Office 365 / Microsoft 365
Strong expertise in: Active Directory
Strong expertise in: Exchange Server
Strong expertise in: Windows Client & Server
Strong expertise in: VPN, RDP, Microsoft Teams
Experience with: Group Policy configuration
Experience with: PowerShell scripting and automation
Experience with: TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
3+ years of Active Directory upgrades, migrations, or consolidations
2+ years of Office/M365 experience, including mailbox migrations
1+ year with ADFS or Azure AD, including SAML 2.0 and SSO

Preferred

AWS infrastructure experience
SharePoint support
Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)
Microsoft certifications (Windows Server, O365, Azure)
ITIL knowledge
