Responsibilities
Performs dimensional inspections to CAD data using PC-DMIS/Polyworks
Analyzes and reports from dimensional software and communicates findings to engineering
Conducts dimensional troubleshooting on blueprints
Conducts gage R&R’s and MSA’s
Calibrates/Verifies gages under company procedure specifications
Utilizes Gage Trak software to maintain records of gages and calibrations
Maintains prompt and regular attendance as scheduled
Works safely and without injury through adherence to all safety rules and guidelines
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of Dimensional inspection and/or community college course work; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have successfully completed an approved GD&T training; Ex: Hexagon, ASME, Mitutoyo
Experience using measurement equipment with custom set-ups to inspect parts
