Prepare and verify all international shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin

Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely and accurate documentation

Maintain detailed records of all international shipments for audits and reporting

Resolve documentation discrepancies and customs-related issues promptly

Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and improve efficiency
