Identify opportunities to expand custom solutions, services, and training offerings
Support strategic account planning and solution development efforts with Sales and Operations
Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and margin performance for engineered solutions
Establish capacity planning, resource allocation, and utilization frameworks
Drive continuous improvement across engineering, production, and delivery workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline)
7–10+ years of progressive engineering leadership within a technical or industrial B2B environment
Experience leading customer-facing engineering teams
Strong understanding of engineered systems, custom assemblies, and technical services
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Sales and Operations
Experience working within a solutions-based business model (e.g., engineered products, custom manufacturing, or technical services)
