New Grad, Entry LevelSource2Hunt LLC is seeking a Civil Designer for Land Development to assist in the design and development of various land projects. The role involves working closely with experienced engineers and project managers to contribute to the successful execution of multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, and community projects.

Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of civil engineering projects, including grading, drainage, and site layout under the guidance of senior staff and Project Manager
Prepare technical documents, drawings, and calculations under the guidance of senior staff and Project Manager
Conduct site assessments and gather data to inform design decisions
Collaborate with project teams to ensure project specifications and standards are met
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and permit applications
Qualification
Required
Engineer in Training (EIT) Engineering Intern (EI) certification
Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering
Strong understanding of engineering principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with a strong desire to grow within the field
Preferred
Familiarity with civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is a plus
