Responsibilities
Perform account reconciliations with a high level of accuracy; strong reconciliation skills are required
Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including review and analysis
Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries
Maintain and update general ledger accounts in accordance with company policies
Support fixed asset tracking and depreciation (experience preferred but not required)
Qualification
Required
Strong reconciliation skills are required
Proven experience in reconciliation-heavy accounting roles
Working knowledge of AP and AR functions
Experience assisting with month-end close and journal entries
Strong Excel skills required, including pivot tables, formulas, and filters
Experience working within an ERP system is required
Preferred
Experience preferred but not required in fixed asset tracking and depreciation
Exposure to VLOOKUP or similar functions is preferred
