Responsibilities

Lead and execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements

Manage Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, and Indebtedness analyses

Oversee day-to-day engagement execution, timelines, and deliverables

Review analyses prepared by senior consultants and provide coaching and feedback

Partner with deal teams and clients to identify key transaction issues and risks

Support sell-side readiness and pre-transaction planning

Assist with transaction agreement support , including financial definitions and purchase price mechanics

Contribute to internal process improvement and best-practice development
