Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking an IT Service Desk II to enhance their Information Technology operations. The role involves applying communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve systems issues and maximize IT systems investments.

Responsibilities
Apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues
Gathers requirements, makes technical recommendations, configures, and implements computer systems, subsystems or modifications to existing systems to achieve the objectives of projects assigned in the most efficient manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree that emphasizes Math, Business or computer science with 1 year of system support and analysis, Associates Degree/Certification
2 years of help desk experience
Efficient in completing assigned tasks individually or as part of a team
Strong technical knowledge and be able to use that knowledge to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience with Norton Ghost, Cisco VPN, and Active Directory a plus
