Responsibilities
Analyze and validate large datasets to identify trends and produce meaningful insights
Assist in developing solutions to address client challenges
Conduct market research and provide insights into industry trends
Support Strategic Advisors by participating in client calls and meetings (not leading presentations)
Ensure quality assurance (QA) and validation of data-driven reports
Qualification
Required
4-year degree in a related field - REQUIRED
Expertise in Excel and strong analytical abilities - REQUIRED
Excellent time management and project management skills, capable of handling multiple competing deadlines and deliverables
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Preferred
2-3 years' experience in a similar position preferably in a healthcare environment analyzing patient revenue cycle data
Experience with healthcare data, including insurance, hospital, or billing systems
