Talent Sourcing Specialist
Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is a leading community health center with over 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon. They are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to build strong candidate pipelines and connect exceptional talent with their healthcare recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to determine position details and create overall sourcing strategies
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
Proactively search for qualified healthcare professionals using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, crafting and sending recruiting emails to engage them
Collaborate with recruiting leadership to grow brand awareness and support organization recruitment efforts
Utilize data to make informed sourcing strategy decisions, analyzing metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness continuously
Attend job fairs, conferences, and other events to promote Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) and build a talent pipeline of qualified candidates
Build and maintain relationships with key partners within the community, coordinating all outreach efforts to secure talent from the community’s candidate pools
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or related field, or
Associate's Degree and two additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree, or
High School Diploma or GED and four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
Two (2) years' experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in the HR department
Two years' experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in a highly competitive and dynamic environment, preferably in a healthcare organization
Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion
Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills
Ability to develop effective working relationships to gain trust and establish credibility
Advanced proficiency with a variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and recruiting software such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
