Responsibilities
Reconciliation of Subledger Accounts to the General Ledger
Ownership of Key functions in the Month-End closing process, including reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts to subledger accounts, and related adjusting entries
Oversight and participation in the Revenue cycle, including reconciliation of Enterprise client billing calculations
Oversight and participation in the Accounts Payable function, managing the lifecycle of payables within the approval-to-pay cycle
Income Statement Account analyses to drive business insights/inform strategic decision-making (includes flux analysis, SaaS revenue KPIs, vertical and horizontal analysis)
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of proven working experience as a Staff Accountant, General Ledger Account or similar experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP)
Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills, along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience in Excel and widely-used ERP/Accounting software (ie, Quickbooks, Netsuite)
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to communicate to a diverse audience of stakeholders
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce a plus
