Responsibilities

Supports the management of functional program goals and objectives

Provide planning and execution support to Project Managers

Coordinate with company management to ensure strategic goals are achieved

Help develop and maintain a high level of engagement and positive relationships with customers

Provide oversight and coordination of performance objectives, contract deliverables, and placement of qualified personnel for identified projects

Help identify and mitigate Program and Project risks

Facilitates both horizontal and vertical communication within the program and projects

Supports compliance with corporate IT, HR, and safety policies

Assist the Program Manager as required in the management and execution of contract requirements
