Senior Vice President of Sales

As the Senior Vice President of Sales, you will lead the sales organization, drive revenue growth, and manage strategic distribution channels to expand Vivazen's market presence.

Responsibilities
Lead Vivazen’s national sales expansion campaign: securing distribution, wholesale, and chain partnerships across all major retail channels
Aggressively grow Vivazen’s retail footprint, personally engaging major distributors, chain executives, and independent operators to secure new doors and display dominance
Evaluate and scale both company-owned and third-party DSD networks to maximize efficiency, coverage, and retail execution
Build, train, and lead a national field organization that executes with discipline: from driver-sellers to regional directors
Establish and enforce Perfect Store standards, photo-verified execution, and counter control nationwide
Implement a high-accountability system with scorecards and field metrics tied to door growth, velocity, and verified retail execution
Own the revenue line and sales P&L, driving profitable growth through pricing strategy, trade optimization, and disciplined cost management
Partner with Marketing and Finance to ensure trade investments and promotions yield measurable ROI
Operate with a wartime cadence: plan offensively, move fast, and execute relentlessly until every key region is secured
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of senior sales leadership within beverage, functional wellness, or regulated CPG categories
Proven record of scaling from ~$100M to $500M+ revenue and leading high-growth teams through national expansion
Experience building and managing 100+ DSD routes and multi-market sales organizations
Demonstrated success managing hybrid distribution ecosystems, owned DSD, partner DSD, and wholesale
Track record of leading organizations from growth to successful liquidity or strategic exits
Financial acumen across pricing, trade optimization, and EBITDA improvement
Strong retailer and distributor relationships across convenience, grocery, natural, and mass channels
Proficiency in CRM, forecasting, and performance dashboards
High personal intensity, work ethic, and passion for winning markets and building lasting sales systems
