Responsibilities

Develops, prioritizes and implements strategies to improve operational effectiveness and support current and future strategic initiatives. This includes the collection and analysis of data to support initiatives

Assist COO, Branch Administrator, and Project Manager through various tasks, reporting, and projects as needed

Review procedures and policies to create and manage a timeline with process owners to ensure they are up to date

Collect, prepare, and analyze data for operational meetings

Communicate with department and branch leaders regarding data analysis

Assist with operational project support and completion

Other duties as assigned
