Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes for CNC machined parts, focusing on complex, multi-axis milling
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate designs and specifications into practical machining solutions, including quoting and production planning
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies
Work hands-on with equipment on the production floor to troubleshoot, support, and improve processes and throughput
Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and process improvement projects
Qualification
Required
Extensive CNC machining experience
Programming exposure with Mastercam or NX
Experience with similar advanced CAM software
Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments
Strong machining fundamentals
Hands-on, collaborative attitude with willingness to be on the production floor
Preferred
5-axis and/or 7-axis milling experience
Aerospace sector experience and airfoil component familiarity
