Responsibilities
Perform skilled tasks in the diagnosis of commercial brakes and suspension, DOT inspections, etc
Repair documentation, record keeping, and accurate service reporting
Use OEM software, tools, and technologies to maintain, diagnose, and complete repairs to promptly address and resolve customer vehicle or equipment concerns
Commitment to safety and cleanliness
Maintain open communication with management team regarding job status, updates, and changes
Qualification
Preferred
Experience with Isuzu engine and chassis repairs is highly preferred
Ability to mentor and support junior or lower level technicians as needed
Strong communication skills, a customer focused approach, and a goal-oriented mindset
