Sr. Human Resources Business Partner
Care New England is a health system comprising multiple hospitals and healthcare services, and they are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. The Sr HRBP will provide strategic support on HR issues, establish relationships with management, and work with senior leadership to improve the work environment while providing tactical support to line managers.

Responsibilities
Provides strategic support and consultation on Human Resources related issues within designated Operating Unit (OU)
Establishes and maintains working relationships with all levels of management and staff
Works with senior leadership to analyze, monitor, and address HR efforts related to improving the work environment of their employees strategically and proactively
Utilizes knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers
Acts as liaison with other HR functions including recruitment, training/development, employee/labor relations, compensation, and benefits
Provides change management leadership as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
Minimum 7 Years of Experience in Human Resources and at least 2 years as a Business Partner
Successful in leading in a unionized environment is required for all of the Operating Units with the exception of the Medical Group, The Providence Center, and Corporate Services
Preferred
Master's Degree Preferred
Certification in at least one major HR discipline such as PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CCP, or CBP preferred
