Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, productivity, and profitability of the Bellevue office
Lead, mentor, and develop legal staff through training, motivation, and support
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR on recruitment and policy compliance
Coordinate with other leaders to ensure cross-departmental support
Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice on family law matters
Represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and negotiate settlements
Qualification
Required
Skilled in mentoring and leading a team, while fostering collaboration
Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset
Proficient in client counseling, case prep, case management, and courtroom representation
Clear and effective verbal and written legal communication
Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Committed to delivering excellent client service
Active admission to the Georgia State Bar
Preferred
Six (6) or more years of devoted Family Law experience preferred
