Responsibilities
Drive insights across the business with financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis
Work side-by-side with our COO to support high-level strategic decisions
Analyze new business initiatives, support budgeting, and develop KPIs to optimize performance
Build and maintain financial models that directly influence the future of the company
Qualification
Required
A BA + MBA in Finance (or related field) + 5+ years' experience
Real estate/REIT experience (a must!)
Expert-level Excel skills
A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong communication skills
