Responsibilities

Assist with the configuration and day-to-day operation of Mac systems, IT assets, and related business systems

Ensure optimal performance, resource utilization, and reliability of Mac environments

Perform system capacity analysis to forecast and plan for resource requirements

Identify areas for system improvements and recommend optimization strategies

Provide technical assistance to users for accessing and utilizing business systems

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Mac systems and applications

Manage and maintain the Jamf Pro environment for enterprise Mac management, ensuring compliance and security

Develop, deploy, and maintain custom scripts, policies, and configuration profiles using Jamf

Collaborate with IT teams to support system integration, updates, and installations

Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides
