Problem Gambling Administrative Assistant
Tulalip Tribes is seeking a Problem Gambling Administrative Assistant to provide complex administrative and clerical support to the Problem Gambling department. The role involves composing business correspondence, managing records, and assisting with program functions and events.

Provide complex administrative and clerical support to the Problem Gambling department
Compose business correspondence
Greet guests
Answer and return phone calls
Respond to emails and answer questions about the Problem Gambling Program
Maintain an organized and efficient records management system and updated appointment calendar
Take minutes for meetings
Assist with events and program functioning
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
One (1) year working with diverse cultures, specifically Native American
One (1) year experience working with HIPPA and confidentiality matters
One (1) year of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs
WA State Driver's License
Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation. (Abstract Required)
Negative TB Skin Test or chest x-ray
CPR/First Aide Certificate. Will allow thirty (30) to obtain
HIPAA certification upon hire
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check
