Recruiting top talent for various RaceTrac store positions
Ensuring RaceTrac is fostering an employee-friendly environment
Proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, and offering
Utilizes their networks to leverage talent
Maintains creativity in the recruiting process
Up to 75% travel required within assigned region
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Management, Business, or related field
2+ years' experience in a retail or related field
Experience managing or supervising staff within the retail industry
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Workday experience
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
