Staffing Sales - Business Consultant
Solvo Global is a dynamic, global company seeking a Staffing Sales - Business Consultant to drive sales of their HR solutions. The role involves prospecting new business, managing client expectations, and developing sales strategies to enhance sales volume and profitability.
Responsibilities
Generate new business in designated territory
Be a student of the industry knowledgeable of new products and services as well as Broker practices and trends
Be aware of competitors and their initiatives and analyze competitive threats
Take ownership for the accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of all services for assigned clients
Oversee renewal proposals and processes for current clients › Prepare executive summaries for client presentations
Develop lead generation and utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track activity
Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by management
Attend monthly consulting meetings and offer training and coaching for staff › Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-5 years progressive sales experience with an insurance carrier, managed care organization, agency, TPA, Payroll, HCM or PEO type of B2B Intangible sale
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and focused on new business achievement
Knowledgeable in both self-funded and fully insured products and financial arrangements
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; capable of communicating as a knowledgeable professional to carriers, members and employers
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to represent and display professional style, pride and adhere to corporate policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality and privacy
Understand the needs and requirements of customers and potential customers
Perform with sound business ethics and a high standard of performance while pursuing established goals
Ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to perform key responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Proficient with MS Office suite
Extensive travel in the designated area required
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
