Responsibilities

Completes daily work for the team and serves as the subject matter expert for transactions and processes
Researches and resolves complex operational or client issues. Identifies trends in client issues and proposes solutions
Suggest and implement process improvements
Helps develop and support the achievement of team objectives
Functions in a fraud prevention role by reviewing disbursement tasks for red flags
Understand, enforce, and communicate internal policies and procedures with front office colleagues
Use excellent client service skills to provide best-in-class interactions for our clients

Required
