Responsibilities

Manage the implementation of Total Rewards strategies for U.S. store operations, ensuring alignment with business priorities and associate experience
Serve as a key advisor to field and business leadership, supporting decisions that impact frontline and field associates
Develop and administer compensation programs that balance competitiveness, compliance, and simplicity for hourly populations
Conduct data-driven analyses, provide insights, and influence decisions through clear storytelling and recommendations
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on key initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely execution
Stay informed on compensation trends and economic factors to maintain program relevance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field and 3 years' experience in human resources, compensation, finance, or related area OR 5 years' experience in human resources, compensation, finance, or related area

Preferred

Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
Supervisory experience
