J&Y Law Firm is a rapidly growing Plaintiff-side Elder Abuse and Personal Injury law firm located in Los Angeles, California. They are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic and collaborative litigation team.

Law Practice

Responsibilities

Assist the trial team from filing of the complaint through trial

Draft, propound, and respond to extensive discovery

Prepare motions, oppositions, and replies

Draft pleadings, declarations, exhibit lists, and other litigation documents

Maintain accurate calendaring and deadline management

Notice depositions, hearings, and other court appearances

Coordinate CourtCall and appearance attorneys

Organize and prepare documents for filing

Draft professional correspondence

Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualification

Personal Injury lawLitigation experienceOrganizational skillsWritten communicationBilingual in SpanishTeamworkAttention to detail

Required

Strong understanding of Personal Injury law, including pre-litigation and litigation phases

Prior experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
