Express Employment International is seeking a Learning Design Specialist to join their corporate team. The role involves designing dynamic training programs and resources that enhance learner engagement and retention, while collaborating with experts to ensure the effectiveness of the training materials.

Responsibilities

Design high-impact live/virtual learning sessions by crafting dynamic presentations and resources rooted in adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and multimedia videos, music, charts, and seamless transitions that captivate and educate

Partner with Subject Matter Experts to co-create bold, engaging learning solutions that spark interaction, retention, and real-world application

Transform complex data into easily process information using intuitive diagrams and visually engaging graphics that help convey information effectively and motivate action

Craft professional, catching handouts and materials that engage live and virtual sessions, aligning directly with learning objectives to ensure retention and application

Fuel dynamic learning experiences by designing role-plays, exercises, games, schedules, agendas, facilitator guides, and learner resources that ignite participation and drive results

Orchestrate flawless Large Learning Event rollouts by prepping, polishing, and packaging all materials (streamlined naming, trimmed graphics/A/V, and optimized for seamless Express University uploads) ensuring every session shines on the big stage

Drive continuous impact by debriefing with facilitators and coordinators to measure learning outcomes, refine sessions, and supercharge reinforcement campaigns that keep knowledge alive long after the event

Champion learner success through hands-on support; analyzing usage data, troubleshooting interactive elements, and delivering tailored reinforcement and technical backup to ensure every participant thrives

Spearhead learning innovation by researching and rolling out cutting-edge approaches to presentation, engagement, interaction, roleplay, and reinforcement—turning every session into a game-changing experience that sticks and inspires

Required

Strong computer skills required

Expert knowledge of PowerPoint with very strong creative learning design skills

Familiarity with Adobe design software

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience working with graphics and other media files

Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred; in its place, 5+ years of hands-on experience in learning design or facilitation will be considered
