They are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to own the post-sale delivery engine, responsible for installation, service, closeout, and warranty execution across centralized teams and branch operations.

Responsibilities

Define and scale enterprise standards for post-sale installation and service
Lead centralized post-sale teams (scheduling, readiness, installation management, service)
Partner with Branch GMs, Divisional VPs and CRO to drive consistent execution and performance
Redesign and automate post-sale workflows to reduce cost, cycle time, and rework
Translate operational improvements into measurable productivity and EBITDA gains
Improve first-time-right quality, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction
Deliver meaningful productivity and EBITDA impact through automation and process simplification
Improve speed to delivery, on-time performance, and first-time-right quality
Reduce variability across branches and centralized teams
Improve customer satisfaction while lowering cost-to-serve
Achieve year-one EBITDA value creation targets tied to post-sale execution

Required

8–10+ years of operations leadership in a multi-site, service or installation business
Proven success scaling standardized delivery in a B2C or residential services environment
Data-driven, process-obsessed operator with a bias for action

Strong communicator with the ability to drive adoption and accountability at scale
