Loan Servicing Manager
Capstone Financial is a high-performing direct lender that specializes in private asset-based loans for real estate investors. They are seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to provide support with loan documentation, client management, and administrative responsibilities while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Provide support by assisting with loan documentation, loan servicing, client management, and interaction with other departments in the bank to meet internal/external customer needs
Assist customers with deposit related activities, such as but not limited to wire transfers, account transfers, and various inquiries
Assist with administrative responsibilities, such as but not limited to phones, filing, general correspondence, covenant monitoring, borrowing base reviews, preparation of loan documents, maintaining credit/documentation files and gathering financial information
Interaction with customers to collect various documents and financial information as reflected as exceptions
Preparing various reports and maintaining filing systems
Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and data entry
Resolving administrative problems and inquiries
Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required

Discretion with personal information and financial data
Friendly and professional demeanor
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Dynamics)
Preferred
Experience in loan servicing, real estate, or the mortgage industry
Experience using The Mortgage Office software
