Responsibilities

Review manufacturing, supplier, and design changes for released products
Perform complaint trending and escalate reliability or quality signals
Own and maintain risk management documentation
Conduct reliability studies, risk analyses, and DOE to improve product performance
Analyze data, identify failure risks, and recommend corrective actions
Support reliability programs to meet regulatory, customer, and company requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science (Mechanical preferred) with 1–5 years of experience

Experience with statistical methods, DOE, process capability, and SPC
Understanding of industry standards, specifications, and GD&T
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally
